Why a Blog

Hello, what a wonderful day to be off from work and with family.

I had my new Facebook page up with my new cover photos.  My daughter comes over and says...."Mommy(she points to me in the pic), and Baby (she points to herself in the pic) , and Shoes (she points to an ad down in the bottom corner)!!"  I just had to laugh.  She takes after her mother; God love her!

And the ad was for one of those ridiculous websites I mentioned in my first post.  Funny Stuff...

One of the questions I was recently asked was why I wanted to start a blog.  After careful consideration, I began to think a lot about it...I started this blog because I wanted, NO,  I needed to get my voice back.  My voice and my confidence.  After having children it is so easy to fall into that mode of 'Mom'.  It is so easy to get caught up with taking care of someone else you often neglect taking care of yourself.  I need to get that confidence back...the confidence I often embodied when I would step out in a new pair of shoez.
